Join Tessenderlo Group as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager and lead the charge on integrating sustainability into our operations. This is your opportunity to create a tangible impact on business continuity, brand value, and environmental stewardship. Reporting to the VP Sustainability and group communications, you will be at the forefront of our sustainability efforts, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Ensure Tessenderlo Group's compliance with evolving regulations, serving as the primary point of contact for all Business Units (BUs) on compliance adaptation strategies.

  • Compliance and Regulation: Serve as the go-to expert for all Business Units (BUs) on compliance with CSR-related regulations, ensuring TG stays ahead of the curve, collaborating with the Head of Sustainability to establish group-wide frameworks.
  • Annual CSR Reporting: Oversee the non-financial reporting of the company and be the driving force to further develop non-financial reporting for the future. Contribute to the planning and preparation of the annual CSR report, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our financial reporting
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with teams in communications, finance, data management, and other stakeholders to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Decarbonization and Energy: Monitor decarbonization projects within BUs, coordinating with the Energy team to track progress at a group level.
  • Sustainability Frameworks: Lead sustainability-focused meetings, providing guidance on emerging topics like circularity and biodiversity.
  • Sustainable Procurement: Collaborate with procurement to implement more sustainable practices throughout our value chains.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting, driving efficiency and sustainability.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics (and reporting is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills to manage complex data.
  • Ambitious with a high willingness to learn and grow in the CSR domain.
  • Good communication skills, capable of simplifying complex reports for a non-expert audience.
  • Strong project management skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to network effectively within large organizations.
  • Experience in financial reporting is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with French and/or Dutch being advantageous.
