Key Responsibilities:

Revolutionize Master Data Management

  • Lead the charge in standardizing master data processes within procurement.
  • Harmonize data across systems and platforms for utmost accuracy and consistency.

Drive Project Initiation & Execution

  • Scout for opportunities to elevate data quality and reporting in global procurement.
  • Spearhead projects to implement cutting-edge data management and reporting solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Craft project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources to ensure flawless project delivery.

Set the Gold Standard in Policy & Best Practice Development

  • Develop procurement data policies and best practices to ensure top-tier compliance and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and adapt policies to evolving business needs and industry standards.

Create Impactful Training Materials

  • Design comprehensive training materials to empower procurement teams with knowledge on data management processes and tools.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions to ensure widespread adoption of best practices.

Lead Change Management Initiatives

  • Deploy effective change management strategies for a smooth transition to new data management processes.
  • Communicate seamlessly with stakeholders to address concerns and foster a positive reception of changes.

You report to the Group ICT Procurement Director.

Profile

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Economics, Management Science, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in data analysis, governance, procurement, and project management within the industrial sector.
  • Master Data Mastery: Strong grasp of master data principles, governance, and quality, master data categorization & spend cube structure.
  • Project Leadership: Proven project management skills, adept at leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Policy Innovator: Experience in developing and implementing procurement data policies, best practices, and training materials.
  • Change Champion: Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Procurement Savvy: Deep knowledge of procurement processes and systems is a big plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in procurement tools, processes, reports, and BI applications (Power BI & SAP BW4 are assets) and ERP systems (SAP S4 is an asset).
  • Programming Knowledge: Skills in Python programming are advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Collaborative, communicative, influential, analytical, and technically adept.
  • Language Proficiency: Tri-lingual in English, Dutch, and French.
